Vaddakachchi Mayavan Kovil

The main deity of this temple is Sri Ranganatha Perumal who is in a reclining posture accompanied by his consorts Sri Devi and Boothevi. The main deity faces the Southern entrance. The chariot festival falls on the Krishnajayanthi (Lord Krichna’s birthday). From Kilinochchi town, take the A9 route to Paranthan Junction – along the A35vroute to Vaddakachchi junction - Mayaavan kovil. It is in the Kilinochchi town DS Division.
