Tourist Information Centre opened at Jaffna International Airport

In order to provide required information and guidance to visiting tourists, Tourism Bureau of Northern Province had taken steps to operate a Tourist Information Centre at Jaffna International Airport. Hon. Governor of Northern Province Mrs.P.S.M.Charles graced the event as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the operations of Tourist Information Centre on 25th June 2024. Chairman of the Northern Province Tourism Bureau Mr.A.Pathinathan and Director Mrs.K.Kanchana welcomed the Hon. Governor. Chief Secretary to the Northern Province Mr.L.Ilaangovan graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Secretary to the Ministry of Local Government Mr.S.Pranavanathan, Assistant Operations Manager of Jaffna International Airport Mr.Anuth Dayawansha, Divisional Secretary to the Valikamam North Division Mrs.Sivakenga Sutheesnar, Secretary to the Valikamam North Pradeshiya Sabha Mr.Sutharjan and several others also participated at the inauguration ceremony.
